To qualify for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original state
  • Packaging: Items must include original packaging and all tags
  • Components: All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Purchase Proof: Original receipt or order confirmation is required

Note: Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be issued via the following methods and timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days post-processing
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days post-processing
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days post-processing
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 10-14 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If unavailable, we may offer a bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchange Guidelines

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Size Swap: Exchange for a different size of the same item
  • Color Swap: Exchange for a different color of the same item (if available)
  • Faulty Items: Replacement with the same or comparable item
  • Incorrect Item: Correct item shipped at no cost to you

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll provide a full refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Guidelines

Return shipping terms depend on the reason for return:

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Free return shipping provided
  • Change of Preference: Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Size/Color Swap: Customer pays return shipping; we cover exchange shipping

We advise using a trackable shipping service and insuring valuable items. RoamRucks is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

7. Warranty vs. Return Policy

Understand the distinction between our return policy and product warranty:

  • Return Policy: Covers unused items within 30 days in original condition
  • Warranty: Addresses manufacturing defects during the warranty period (varies by product)
  • Warranty Claims: Valid beyond the 30-day return period

8. International Returns

For international customers:

  • The 30-day return policy applies
  • Customers cover return shipping costs and any customs duties
  • Items must be accurately declared for customs purposes
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency, minus transaction fees
  • Processing may take longer due to international shipping and customs

9. Handling Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery
  • Submit photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund
  • Return of the damaged item is not required unless specified
  • We cover all shipping costs for replacements
